**Important Changes Accessing uChoose Rewards Website Effective January 16, 2025**

There is an an important change coming to the uChoose Rewards website, uchooserewards.com.

Effective Thursday, January 16, 2025, password requirements will be as follows:

• 12 or more characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character

All users will be forced to update their passwords when logging into uchooserewards.com on or after January 16, 2025.

• Users will see a Reset Password window when initially logging in, letting them know their passwords has expired.
• They will be prompted to enter their 16-Digit Card Number and Full Name as it appears on the card.  The card number will be from the original card type (debit or credit) when the uChoose account was initially established.
• Users will then be asked for Security Verification (Username, Last 4 Digits of Primary Cardholder SSN, and Full Name)
• Users will then be prompted to enter a new password that meets the new requirements.
