Mobile Deposit
Deposit your checks from anywhere using your smartphone
With Big Island Federal Credit Union's Mobile Deposit, you can deposit checks directly into your share or share draft account using our Big Island FCU Mobile App on a supported iPhone® or Android™ smartphone.* Mobile Deposit is convenient and saves you time, with fewer trips to a branch or ATM.
Mobile Deposit users must be registered users of our Online Branch and have downloaded and authenticated through our Big Island FCU Mobile App. You can apply for our Mobile Deposit service at any branch. Your request will be reviewed and upon approval, the Mobile Deposit service will be available to you at your next TouchBanking login after you accept the Terms & Conditions.
STEP 1:
Log into your Big Island FCU Mobile App.
STEP 2:
Select the Deposit option on the bottom menu.
STEP 3:
Select Deposit a check.
STEP 4:
Select the account you want to deposit into and enter the amount of the check. Click on Take photos.
STEP 5:
Make sure you properly endorse your check.
- All payees must endorse the check.
- Checks must be made payable to the member or joint owner of the account.
- You also MUST include "For BIFCU Mobile Deposit Only" on the back of the check or your check will be rejected.
STEP 6:
Confirm your deposit. It's that simple!
