Big Island FCU members MUST be enrolled in our Online Branch to access Mobile Banking, so get signed up today!! Our Mobile Banking platform offers two different access methods to members:
- TEXT (SMS) BANKING - Members can check account balances and view transaction history.
- TOUCHBANKING MOBILE APP (DMA) - This app is available for iPhone® and Android™ users. The app access has the same functionality as the Mobile Browser.
Members who choose to enroll in TEXT BANKING and MOBILE BROWSER BANKING must self-enroll through our Online Branch. Just sign in like you normally would, click on the Self Service tab, and then click on Mobile Money to enroll.
Members who choose to download the app can go directly to the App Store or the Google Play Store and search for the TOUCHBANKING app. Once downloaded, you need to enter our unique app code, BigIslandFCU, and your Online Branch Login ID.
*Mobile Banking is free to all Big Island Federal Credit Union Online Branch members. An internet-enabled device is required to access Big Island FCU's TouchBanking Mobile App. You must be enrolled in our Online Branch to access Mobile Banking. Enrollment in Big Island FCU's Online Branch Bill Pay is required to access any bill payment services on Mobile Banking. Standard messaging and data usage fees may apply.
