Our regular Share Account is your first step in establishing a membership with Big Island FCU.

• $50.00 minimum balance earns you dividends.
• Deposit, withdrawal and transfer access 24 hours a day using Automated Teller Machine (ATM), VISA® Express Check Debit Card*, and Internet Banking.
• Make deposits to account via direct deposit and payroll deduction.
• No charge for over-the-counter deposits/withdrawals/transfers and six electronic withdrawals/transfers per month

Share Draft Account (Checking)

We know how important your checking account is; that’s why we designed our Share Draft Account to be the fast, simple and convenient way to access your money.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ATM/DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

• Overdraft Protection is an added convenience that is available for no additional fees. We are able to provide you with a revolving line of credit to pay for any checks written that may exceed the balance in your Share Draft account.
• Our VISA® Express Check Debit Card gives you 24-hour access to your share draft, and allows you to make purchases at merchants, restaurants, mail order, etc.
• Earn UChoose Rewards® when you use your Big Island FCU VISA® Express Check Debit Card.  You will earn reward points for every signature or PIN based transaction you make with your card.  You can also earn more points by shopping at participating national, regional, local and online merchants.  Points can then be redeemed for just about anything, it's that easy!  For more information, logon to UChoose Rewards®.
• Direct Deposits and Electronic Fund Transfers give you the freedom and peace of mind knowing that your payroll and bills are taken care of automatically.
• A $300.00 average daily balance is required to avoid a monthly maintenance fee of $3.00.
