  Our On-Line Branch lets you manage all of your Big Island FCU accounts with the click of a mouse.  To create an On-Line Branch account, all you'll need is your Member Number and Audio Response System PIN.  CLICK HERE to enroll.

• e-Statements
  Paper statements are a thing of the past, join the e-revolution!  You can view your statements 24/7 from any internet connection by signing up today, CLICK HERE to get started.  Once there, click on Registration and fill in your Member Number and last four digits of your Social Security Number, then simply follow the onscreen instructions.  There's also a convenient e-Statement link on our Home page.
  
  You'll help the environment by producing less paper statements each month and you'll receive your statement faster.  Every month you'll receive an e-mail notifying you that your newest e-Statement is ready to view.  You'll be able to access up to 12 months worth of statements that can be saved directly to your personal computer.  You can also help prevent identity theft by eliminating personal information in your mailbox.
   
• Alerts
  Stay informed of your finances by setting up electronic alerts that get delivered directly to your e-mail.  There are over 15 different user-defined alerts you can sign up for.  Once logged on to our On-line Branch, click on the Self Service tab and sign up for the Alerts of your choice.
  • General Alerts - Notifies you of e-mail address changes, logon id changes and security code changes.
  • Account Alerts - Notifies you if a share draft, ATM/Debit card transaction or withdrawal exceeds a certain amount.  You will also be notified  if your account goes above or below a certain balance or if a direct deposit is posted.
  • Transfer Alerts - Notifies you if a scheduled transfer is unable to process or a final series of recurring transfers have completed.
  • Bill Pay Alerts (for members who signup for Bill Pay) - Notifies you of upcoming payments, if a merchant has been added or changed, if a series of recurring payments have completed and if a payment was unable to process or exceeds a certain amount.
  • Alert History - Lets you view a historical list of all Alerts sent from our On-line Branch.
